		Welcome to Woodfield Corners! Your Management Team hopes your tenancy will be as pleasant and productive as possible. Crossroads Development Partners, LLC is committed to keeping its properties at the top of the real estate market, and does so through attentive service to our tenants. Our property managers, maintenance and support staff all work together to ensure that our properties run smoothly, efficiently and comfortably. But you – the tenant – are the most important member of the team. At Crossroads Development Partners, LLC, we strive for the highest standards of maintenance and responsiveness to your needs as a valued tenant. Maintenance We take pride in providing a comfortable working environment for our tenants. If you have a maintenance request, please be sure to inform the Management Office as promptly as possible. For routine maintenance issues, click here for our non-emergency Maintenance Request Form OR In case of emergency, you can call us at (847) 239-7500. For all maintenance requests, please provide the Office of the Building with the following information: Tenant name; Tenant suite number; The name of the individual calling; The building address; The nature of the request or problem (suite temperature, cleaning, electrical, etc.) and its location. The Management Office is available to respond from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For after-hour emergencies, DO NOT USE EMAIL. After-hour emergencies, please call (847) 239-7500, select extension #3 and press "#" and your call will be directed to the person on-call. Rent Rent is always due on the 1st day of the month. Please make all payments to "1300 Woodfield, LLC" and mail or deliver to the Management Office at Crossroads Development Partners, 1300 E. Woodfield Road, Suite 150, Schaumburg, IL 60173. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
